Returns
- Returns due to incorrect color choice/s for items will not be considered where a color choice is made directly viewing and approving on a mobile device or computer screen or color chart.
- Returns must be done within 7 calendar days from date of receipt.
- Returns must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- A 15% handling fee will be charged for all returns excluding shipping costs.
Refunds
- Upon receiving the returned item, an inspection will be done and the outcome will be communicated with you.
- Once the return is approved by us, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or to the original method of payment.
- Transport costs for returns will be for your account. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Logistics
- Courier services is used for deliveries
- Deliveries will be between 08:00 and 17:00 on working days excluding public holidays
- Delivery will be between 3 to 5 working days after confirmation and successful payment.
- Notification will be send when your order is dispatched via the courier, including delivery details and tracking info
- Delivery times is an estimated guide. Paint-A-Lot cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier company, payment authorization delays or other.
Special notes
The client agrees and understand that Paint-A-Lot is an online retailer that supplies the products of certain manufactures. We are not responsible for any defects for these products should there be any defects whatsoever. We thereby accept no responsibility for any and all loss, damage, expense, delay or harm that you or your property may suffer in any manner whatsoever as a result in using or purchasing the said products. Paint-A-Lot accept no liability for defective products in any way or manner and you agree to fully indemnify and hold us harmless for any claims you may have in this regard.
